This 3 month course brings you closer to your inner essence. You’ll be guided by Mishelle through Art therapy sessions, energetic practices that clear your crown so you can be in communication with your inner sun and somatic practices that tell your body you’re waking up to it, you’re here to be in it and you’re creating a relationship with it.
